had our lunch at The Chicken Rice Shop.

our first visit there.

their 'chicken basket' which holds utensils and serviettes.

we ordered their Single Healthy Set.

All those for SGD13.90.

food was nt bad, but service was alittle slow.

understaffed uh.

cwp changed so much!

made our way to RP thereafter to study.

i got so tired after spending at least 2 hrs of studying.

so i suggested to go home.

we had tze char for dinner with family :D

bought pantry items and ingredients to cook for our breakfast.

had shabu-sushi buffet for lunch.

our first visit there.

had only an hour and a half to eat and we made full use of it. lol.

they have some cooked food.

our first round.

and some sushi.

my first time eating sushi that has like different colour/flavour fish roe?

i dont even know if it's fish roe, but the purple one is like BLACKCURRENT flavour!?

tasted alittle weird.

these are the more common sushi.

we were hungry and the soup for shabu-shabu needs to be boiled.

so we started on the cooked food and sushi first.

oh! look at that BIG SLAB OF WASABI.

really too much lor! lol.

the food items for shabu-shabu were on a conveyor belt, so what we want, we just take.

but meat like the chicken, beef and fish were rare!

chicken and beef were yummy but really rare.

we needed to wait for like 5 to 10 mins before seeing a plate of raw chicken meat or beef.

the rest are just balls, vegetables, tofus, cuttlefish, etc.

yay! started dunking in the food and we go shabu-shabu ^^

they had ice-cream too and we each had a stick of ice-cream for dessert.

really very full.

there were more, but the staff cleared off the first batch already coz the table did'nt have enough space for all the plates.

lunch buffet kept us so full all the way till the night!

aft which, we traveled to town to gai, but i dont see anything i like.

even if i did, it's the last piece or too exp! sianz .-.

went to Yamakawa Super at The Central before heading home.

nothing much there compared to the one at Millenia Walk.

did'nt get anything.

the bus home, was super warm!

so stuffy!

i just realised, the turtle at my house is a Chinese Striped-Neck Turtle.

ahhh, it's gender is not determined by the shape of it's shell alr, but by its tail and curvature of its plastron!

for the past decade, i have been thinking that it's a 'he' coz some pet shop stall owner told me that the gender can be determined by the shape of its shell. but now, i have no idea whether it is a 'he' or a 'she' coz i dont have another chinese striped-neck turtle to compare with! ahh sianz.

anw, went town with meimei to collect her lomo waterproof camera.

hehe, and we bought some stuff =D

the carrier is so pretty. hehe ♥

feeling super bad coz i forgot benben needs to sleep by 10pm and we did'nt reach home on time to deliver his dinner for him.

shall think of how can i make it up to him. heh.

biujie sent us home in the morning before she headed to work.

went town with biujie and meimet to shop for 3yi's present.

we thought we could have our itacho for dinner, but it's exam period and so the parents did'nt bring their kids out for dinner.

popo then asked biujie to make delivery for them.

wanted to make delivery for domino's pizza, but they don't accept credit card .-.

so we gave up our itacho dinner and dabao-ed dinner back for them and for ourselves.

we dabao-ed alittle of each coz the kids all want different food!

ryan and rachel wanted kfc, reymus wanted pizza, raphael wanted mac, gonggong wanted rice.

and tadah, we ended up with so much food.

KFC family feast + 4 egg tarts.

Macs filet-o-fish burger meal (upsize) + 6 pcs spicy nugget meal (upsize) + 20 pcs nuggets.

Kenny Rogers Roasters Macaroni And Cheese + Sour Cream And Dill Pasta Salad.

Tomato's extra large pizza (half hawaiian + half meat lover).

my first time trying pizzas from Tomato's.

there it is, half hawaiian, half meat lover.

thankfully, biujie has a car. otherwise, how are we carry so many things and travel around!?

oh yes, all those food was biujie's treat.

meimei said it was like a post-exam feast for her.

so in my case, it's pre-exam feast?

ahhh, stress uh.

We went Millenia Walk.

first time there.

a quiet place, but i like Yamakawa Super.

they sell so many different flavours of biscuits!

hehe, imma happy girl!

it's at Singapore Flyers Seafood Paradise.

they actually booked the restaurant!

must be damn expensive.

food was nice :D

did'nt get to take a pic of the food at the buffet line coz we were alittle late and the guests started eating alr.

after filling our tummies, we proceeded to the table where we could decorate and write our birthday messages!

Crunchy Sea Prawns on bed of Mango Salsa accompanied with Salad.

Classic Potato Salad topped with Flying Fish Roe.

the soup : Cream of Onion with Grated Parmesan.

Mains :

Baked Flounder Fillet topped with Capsicum and Raisin Sauce served with Seasonal Vegetables.

Braised Beef Osso Buco-style accompanied with Cherry Tomatoes.

Supreme of Chicken Confit glazed with Light Lemon Cream served with Seasonal Vegetables.

did'nt take dessert coz it doesnt sound nice.

we had the birthday cake as substitute for our dessert for the night. hehe.
